home inspection
-
Our home report is intended to be a working document. It will accurately document the condition of your home and provide useful maintenance and upkeep information.
- Interior
The interior portion of the inspection includes all home heating and cooling systems, electrical and plumbing systems, as well as structural integrity evaluation from basement to attic. An interior home inspection will include:
• HVAC systems
• Electrical panels, breakers and fuses
• Plumbing systems, fixtures and components

• Radon testing
• Asbestos and lead check
• Fireplace and chimney evaluation

We take inventory of the siding; decks, balconies or attached patios and terraces; the general landscape and grading that offer insight into drainage problems; and the condition of all doors and windows including the trim around each. We will also report on driveways, garages and any other required outdoor components.

The findings of the inspection are organized and documented into an "exhaustive" report. Your report will arrive in a timely fashion, as an e-mail Word or PDF attachment, typically the morning after your inspection. Your report will typically be less than 30 pages in length. Your report will be created specifically for your house...no wading through large manuals to glean important points. Your report will be computer generated, so it is easy to read).
